Yep, increase of noise and vibration. Not sure if juice is worth the squeeze on a street car.
Or anything not at least semi-seriously drag-raced or time-trialed where you might need tiny fractions of a second. Maybe include serious autocross (in classes where permitted) as well. I wouldn't even consider them for a dual-purpose street/HPDE car.

I prefer steeda but I believe that both sets work well. My thoughts is that steeda gets early access to Ford products and vehicles and puts more into their engineering. Also they only do Ford, and the mustang is their bread and butter. While BMR is good, they cater to many mfgs. I prefer a specialized brand vs a jack of all trades. No matter what, each company will improve the handling over stock. Both are good choices, but to me Steeda is king
There's a flip side to that, that may be worth considering. No disrespect to Steeda (I have some of their stuff), but perhaps exposure to more than one company's philosophy has value.

Yep I have them on my car. If you like listening to the diff howl... then go right ahead. If not, pass on them. It just gets you NVH you don't need.
I leave them on my car because I don't particularly mind the howl and don't want to spend the time removing them.

Yes, alternate perspectives are always a good thing.

Sounds like I'll leave the diff bushings off! Thank you for the heads up on the NVH. I assumed there would be an increase but it sounds like for my purposes it's not worth it.

Well with nicer weather on the way (hopefully) and the stay at home order I figured now would be a good time to work on the suspension. Got the car up on jackstands and the wheels off. Not much progress but there is no need to rush. I'm not going anywhere for a week.

Nice! I have a set of square MMR 600s I'm putting on. I am super stoked to get it done!

Didn't get as much done today as I had hoped. The wife had a to do list for me so if got a late start. Basically just got the shocks and struts put together.

@BmacIL @Bluemustang Quick question for either of you. Is the rod end supposed to be able to move freely and smoothly? When I tightened up the bolts holding the rod end to 45ft-lbs the rod end became difficult to move around. I can move it around by hand but it's not smooth and easy like I expected.

Are you talking about the BMR rear shock mount? As long as it can articulate about the bolt axis freely, and can move around off axis, it's fine. It'll loosen up a little bit over time.

Yes, that's what I was talking about. Sorry about my poor communication.
Thank you!

Made a little more progress done today. Got the rear springs, shock mounts and CB005 installed. Still need to get the suspension loaded so I can tighten all the bolts up.

In the front I got the driver side strut in place and the Maximum Motorsports caster camber plates. I reused the strut to spindle bolt and nuts but I think I'm going to get new ones. I hope they have some locally.

Also do the caster camber plates move much in caster direction? They seem to move quite a bit side to side but very little front to back. Is that normal?

If you are putting in a lot of camber and need to see the camber plate lines I have the Vorschlag jig to cut the towers open.

I don't plan on putting a lot of camber. This is mostly a street car. If it sees a track it will be rare.

Got a little farther along today. Struts , camber/caster plates, lateral link and bump steer kit. All in place but not tightened up. Waiting for newer lower strut bolts. One of them required a little more hammering than the others.
