If sales of the collector car emporium local to me are any indication, values of the GTs are very strong. They go quickly, and bring good money. But I'm sure being a SA-built car doesn't hurt, as well as the name.As far as the Shelby GT, Carroll did not feel the Shelby GT lived up to the 350 name. While a good engine, the 3V did not have the power needed without major modification. Only when the Coyote came out did Carroll feel it could wear the name. That is not to disrespect the Shelby GT. In fact, I would love to park one next to the 350
