Perceived power increase with tune

How do I know if I have the mt82 or the mt82-d4? I didn’t know there was a second one besides tremec

The D4 is 2018 and up, the 2017 and older have the M82 with the shorter gearing

Which one is better? Can the d4 handle more power? I have a boosted 19 and I still have my stock trans. I was thinking McLeod but I don’t have the extra funds for that. I haven’t had any issues yet but that could just be I’ve been lucky.

I'll have to defer those questions to someone more knowledgeable than me!

I find it interesting that the HP MACH has a solid rear sway bar, but the Standard MACH has a hollow bar.

The spring/sway tweaks are 100% the result of controlling the extra weight, grip and forces created by the wider tire set of the HP. The solid rear bar at that diameter would cause the back end to slip too easily with the PP size vs the HP size tires.
