What's your elevation and what octane gas do you use. Maybe the dyno wasn't corrected for sea level? The way I understand it, dynos usually do some sort of conversion to display what your car would see at sea level, maybe yours was reporting what you were actually getting at your elevation?
Im using 91 octane at 784 ft above sea level.

Yeah you need a boost reading from the dyno or a boost gauge to really see what's going on.
I just ordered a boost gauge so if I dont get it figured out in the next few days Ill see how much im pushing.

Your car should make over 600whp on accident with that setup. Do you have the lund boost box to log boost? If not the log wont show.
No I dont.

I had a issue similar to this and the tune file was corrupt. Car seemed like it was making boost but the car didn't feel powerful. It was a night and day difference once we figured ot it was the tune and not s mechanical issue.
My blow off is extremely loud and when I let off the throttle I notice a huge let off of power so I feel like boost is definitely building and getting through my system. Did you have it tuned by lund?

Same was happening to me but for some reason due to the corrupt tune file the imrc's were staying closed not allowing the motor to see all the air. Car sounded fine and built boost right. You can also check your load on a datalog. If your car is actually seeing 8-10 lbs your load should be 1.35-1.45. Right now I'm seeing closer to 1.61 on load at 12 lbs and before with the issue load was only at .80. This will tell you how much boost the motor is actually seeing. Just throwing out something that happen to me. I'm tuned by PBD but him and Lund use the same sct tuning software.

Take the nguage .csv file and put it into datazap.me then post here. Just google datazap. So much easier to read logs.

IMRC issue? A local guy dyno'd similar numbers with a blower but he was having IMRC issues. Did the IMRC delete and had Lund retune it and it's solid.

I was having an IMRC issue so Lund told me to take it off. When I did that he said that it improved.

I figured it out! The coupler that connects the intercooler to the piping came loose. I was surprised that it even ran given that it was completely off. Thanks for the help though guys!

Man, that's nice when you get to hear it was something that was a simple fix. But until you find it, you're racking your brains thinking of all the harder, time consuming solutions. Time for some good times behind the wheel. :headbang:

Weird. I'm still on stock intake manifold and at the time still had stock catback so maybe that's why I'm not seeing as much as you guys. Maybe my elevation being 4000ft above seal level may have something to do with it also. It's clear both of your cars are pushing a lot more air then I am. I bet they pull hard :headbang:
