Sounds like same sensor but different problems. One is heater circuit for that O2 sensor, the other is a lean condition, which could be due to issues with the heater circuit or an exhaust leak.

Could be wiring problem upstream of the sensor, like frayed or bent wires. Also if theres a fuse for the heater circuit, check that too.

Aftermarket headers? Any recent work around the exhaust or engine?

Did you do any troubleshooting or just parts cannon it?
Otherwise, NightmareMoon gave you several things to check.

IIRC, that should be the passenger side O2.

Try swapping the O2 with driver side, clear codes and see if the code comes back and if so, is it now on the opposite side? If it is, faulty O2 sensor OR faulty harness to the O2.

Check the O2 body harness and the plug for any visible signs of damage. Also check the pins in the actual plug connector to make sure they are not loose, which can also cause sporadic issues.
