A guy at work has all his hobby stuff delivered to the office, I may need to start doing this.

I am but 1 step away from turning the un-used warehouse space here at work into my own garage area.

I got busted big time, guy was supposed to deliver my new safe on Saturday, on Tuesday my wife was going to work late and a delivery truck shows up, he brings the safe in and takes it off the pallet and asks her where she wants it?
She says uh I don’t know, oh ok, put it behind this large silk tree in the corner in the living room, he moved the plant and says hey this one matches the other one!
Boy oh boy did I have to explain why I had 2 more safes. But it did accelerate my man cave build out and her butlers pantry

It's a horrible addiction. My car doesn't even get built until Tuesday and I already have an h pipe, splash guards, tint for the lights/reflectors and a set of front turn signals to modify

Same thing I did, wife was all over me "You don't even have that thing yet and you could build one with all these parts" love her to death, but she dosent get it "addiction"...

Nice rims, pilots in the back with indys up front. How do those Indy tires look and feel, been thinking of getting a set myself. You think they would hold up in the rear or not.

They're a pretty rigid tire.

On my 2015 GTPP, I ran a 305 35 19 NT05 rear and 285 35 19 Firehawk Indy500 front. They offer great steering response, good wet weather traction. They're honestly a great tire for the money. After 6k miles they showed no signs of wear and I drove the car pretty hard.

If you can spare the coin, get the MPS4S. But you can't go wrong with the Firehawks, they're a close second IMO.

I can't show my wife pictures like this, for totally different reasons. She'll want to get them. She's already talking about doing louvres and stripes. With unlimited money, I'm not sure which of us would wind up spending more.

Hopefully I can find a woman like that one day

Is that similar to the 24 hour rule? If you leave it setting out for 24 hours and she doesn't notice it or say anything then you are home free?

I started to do the same thing while waiting on my Mustang GT. I did all kinds of research, talked to vendors including the aftermarket guy at the dealership, made a list of the mods I was going to do as soon as the car showed up. Right after I got the car I was in a conversation with the dealership's service manager about the car. I was asking him what he thought about my list of mods. He looked at me and said, "why don't you drive it awhile before you start modding it. That will help you prioritize what you want to do to it, and you might like the car the way it is." He was right. From the factory the Mustang GT PP is a wonderful car. And yes, my list has changed. I'm skipping the supercharger, the stripes, the tail spoiler and the track suspension. I am adding the Steeda Stop the Hop kit. Already replaced the resonator with an X pipe and swapped out that clutch helper spring with the Steeda spring. Oh and it has the Roush hood lifts and Steeda frame rails.
