ON3 Top-Mount Twin kit

I was browsing the on3 site and saw they are offering a top mounted twin set up coming early next year, and it is still in development... is this a new offer? I don't remember seeing this while I was browsing their website a few days ago. What are all you thoughts?

Yes, it's a new kit, their first s550 kit was a low mount setup. This is the gen 2 kit, looks very similar to to their s197 kit.
