I believe this is it, I think the part number for the seal is BR3Z6C535A. That's what I come up with using my 20 GT VIN.

I have an ecoboost, but I have a similar looking leak. Its incredibly slow...I wouldn't worry about it unless there is large amounts of leakage with oil pooling. Also, it doesn't look too fresh..

I'm sorry to state the obvious but looking at the photo the leak looks like it's coming from the filler tube. That filler tube is an extension from the valve cover to the engine cover. It's removable. Oil does not flow uphill. Look real close and you'll see what I see.

I still think it's the VTC oil control solenoid seal in the valve cover. If it were from the filler tube how would it get up in the circled area? Not trying to argue just my opinion.

100% coming from the VCT solenoid seal. It happens and bound to occur over time. If its not much you can either choose to ignore it or replace the entire valve cover. I dont think they make individual seals for that.

Mine leaked on my 2016 mustang for like 2 years and I opted to replace the valve covers with aluminum covers 2 weeks ago.

Looks like they do make seals the circled number calls for a quantity of 4 total so they are the same for all the solenoids. Personally I would do the same as you and swap to aluminum covers if I were going through the trouble to remove them.

Yeah that way you also get your spark plug tube seals and valve cover gasket redone as well with a new valve cover. Just get it all in one shot.
