At one point I thought my 2016 was gradually starting to burn upwards of a quart every 800 miles or so. However, upon poking around with a flashlight, I discovered a pool of oil collecting on the underneath tray. It turns out that my driverside valve cover had warped and was leaking. I am now about 2,300 miles since my last oil change and it has burned less than a quart. So stoked! Therefore, really check for leaks if you are using oil and remember that the underneath tray will collect oil before it leaks on your garage floor. Our valve covers are made of fiberglass and some of them are warping.
