That wasn't even an option when I got my can or I would have gotten one.I put a ball valve on the bottom of my UPR can for easy draining

That is kind of the problem with the continued updates and improvements. Sometimes you now longer have the best.

My can has no provisions to add a ball valve. I don't have the plug like I've seen in some pictures. I would have to drill the correct size hole in the bottom of my can and I'm not about to do that.Very true.
Adding a ball valve is something you could do quite easily as you are probably aware. A trip to your hardware store should do the trick. I like it because I don't have to open the can and risk damaging O rings and it makes emptying a breeze.

The ball valve setup is one thing I really like about my Bob's can.

No, my car is a 2014 and it's mounted at the firewall. When I got my can, I don't think they were offering the drain plug on any of their newer four chamber cans.Oh my bad, do you have the quick release can that sits behind the coolant reservoir? If so this one does not have a drain plug as you know.
I have the remote mount can that mounts on the radiator support behind the passengers headlight. It has a drain plug that can be changed to the ball valve.
Thanks for the kind words!Mushimoto has a really nice one coming out too which in initial test have seen to perform very well
