To everyone who liked the Loudness setting when using "Mustang Hi," open Nova Launcher, click Factory Set, System Set, the turn on DSP Sound. Now check your EQ, and there's not only more channels, but tap the bottom left corner of the EQ on the little down arrow. That brings up the fader and a loudness button, turn it on!
That button is there on just "mustang" as well.

Sure is, just push the little arrow in the bottom left of the normal EQ. This has greatly improved the stock speakers, IMO.

With Patricks findings, that's awesome that there's more EQ channels to tinker with though!

Nice, I didn't ever notice the loudness button the first time around.

If y'all want access to the "factory set" that's in Nova launcher but without having it install here's the trick (be careful of what you'll touch though).

Go to your settings
Go to system information
You'll see all kinds of information and an MCU button
Stay push on the information (not the button) it'll prompt for a password
Enter 7890 then push okay. Hope y'all find interesting stuff!

I'm 6 minutes into the Feb2017 update and the progress bar hasn't moved.
I just did the custom ROM update that included the English fixes and ran into this same issue. The original Feb2017 install took about 3 minutes. This time around with the custom ROM it was upwards of around 34 minutes (I started a couple mins after StangATX posted about the information secret menu) .

I dunno if me already being on the Feb2017 update made a difference, but the original Feb2017 only took 3 mins.

I just checked out that secret menu and used Google translate for the options written in Chinese. I'll post pictures of what it translates to.

Additionally, I enabled DSB on that secret menu and see that the EQ has all the new channels available. I toggled all the way up and all the way down, it made no audio change. I chose the preset options and the audio changed. I went back to user and the audio went back to how it sounded before DSB was enabled. I hit reset, and my audio went flat. I again made adjustments to the EQ and nothing changed. I restarted my car, played some more and the EQ didn't change. I turned DSB off and made changes to Bass/Treble/60Hz/1khz/10khz and my audio changed. So it doest look like the Large EQ channel settings do anything.

Almost all of my family is up in Cleveland still, so I do go up there often. I will be going up there the 1st week of April to fly out to Vegas (Cleveland's airport, rates and flights are far superior to Columbus'). If I have time, I may be able to swing by and help, if you haven't done your install by then. No guarantee's I'll have time though, but I'd be happy to help if I can.
