Tesla Style Head Unit

Hi,

I have a 2015 GT PP premium with the Shaker Sound system. Just recently saw a picture of a Mustang with a Tesla head unit installed and like the way it looks and the functions. Will these work with the dual zone cooled seats? Is there a reputable supplier? All I’ve seen so far is from China with translation problems in their descriptions. What is the best version hardware software to get? Those that have them are you happy with your experience? Looks like they’ve been out there for awhile, but I just wasn’t aware of them.

I don't think they ever got it working properly in a premium, that should be a good enough summary of the thread for you.

Thank you, yep read the threads earlier, not all of them but beginning and most recent. Also ebayed and googled. Kind of got the same impression that results were mixed. Seemed like such a good idea I was hopeful it might be more developed and offered by a trusted company here in USA since they have been out there for a while.

Hi,
I have a Base GT (currently with Tomtop 8").
Obviously, the base doesnt have the 4 silver toggle switches on the bottom, just the 3 push buttons.
The "Tesla" unit they sent me, does. Is this correct, I hope so, love to have those toggles, but want to make sure before I start installing...Thanks!

Recently bought 2016 I4 EcoBoost Premium with the Tesla style radio. Does anyone know where i can find an operation manual for this. I am not totally technologically illiterate but this thing has way more options than i can figure out. ie the readouts are set to metric..
