Lot of people aren't aware that it can be activated on the base model by double-clicking the trac control button. I nearly always have it in sport mode and steering. Also, if you hold the "ok" button when you start it and continue to hold it a few seconds after start-up, the digital screen will run diagnostics. If you toggle through you'll get to a digital speedometer that can be kept on.

That "Sport Mode" isn't the same as the Sport+ mode. The base Sport Mode does not change throttle response.

*side note: You are better off holding the mode button down for 5 seconds and turning off Advancetrac if you have the base model and turning off as many nannies as possible.

And the dealerships around here, for reasons unknown to me, never tell people about the key fob/window function. If you double-click the unlock button and hold it down, the windows will automatically go down. Just a heads up to anyone in here with equally inept dealerships.

So, double tapping the TCS button on the MANUAL car is the equivalent of putting the Auto in Sport mode, is that correct?

Ah, I have an Auto, and usually drive in Sport mode. Definitely not the same as the Sport+ mode...

I guess as thet33 said, you can try holding it down 5 seconds and see how it feels.
I will after work.
Throttle response will be taken care of when I put my shelby throttle body on and tune it.
So it should be prettuy close the the Sport + mode after that.

Try holding the ok button on steering wheel when you start the car and continue to hold it. Nice feature to keep eye on diagnostics and have digital speedo.

I've done all that. Turning all the nannies off made it much less driveable on the factory P-Zero's. Did you see the picture I posted? I have a giant digital speedo already lol.

Lol yeah true. That's actually one of my main reasons for wanting the unit. I can't see the rpm gauge too well as my hand blocks the view when I'm drivibg hard.

As for the factory function, It is nice to be able to read the data if something is amiss with the car though.

Reinstall the latest update, it should revert it all back, and unroot. Can I ask why you wanna do that?
For some reason for the life of me I can't get SuperSU run, I feel like it is because I ran Kingoroot first (stupid me) then tried to go back and run kingroot then SuperSU. So now I am stuck with a huge list of errors and BS and would like to just start over with a fresh image.

If there's something going wonky that doesn't show on my dash or in Torque, there's not much I am gonna do about it anyway.

I still use Kingroot. I have no issues with it. If you still have Kingroot installed, open it, and there's an option to uninstall it and unroot... Or you can just reflash the image.

Yes sir.
No, no, no.

The readily available Sport mode in the base cars ISN'T the Sport+ from the Premium cars.

The double tap "Sport" mode in the base does not affect throttle response. Sport+ in the Premium cars does.

NOW, we've found a way to enable the premium driving modes in all base cars (even V6) but you'll need a premium bezel or something that can do what the mode switch on that bezel can do, and you'll need to modify your as-built data.
