What is the oem coolant? I just bought a mishimoto rad and I wanted to know what the oem coolant is so I can fill it up with the correct stuff. I have a 2019 GT.

According to this chart from Ford, 2019 Mustangs use the Motorcraft Orange coolant. VC-3DIL-B or VC-3-B depending on whether you get the prediluted mixture or if you want to get the concentrate and mix with distilled water yourself.

If you need to add water, be sure to purchase DISTILLED WATER. Most supermarkets sell it. No tap water, as it leaves residue.

The exact amount isn't particularly important anyway. You fill the reservoir (to the max fill line) and start the car. As the car runs and warms up and sucks coolant out of the bottle, you pour more in. You keep pouring more in until the level stabilizes at the max fill line.

CJ Pony Parts did a video on a Mishimoto radiator swap and they explain it pretty well:
