Calling out OKC #1 spot after axle back install.
Looks like you damaged it trying to install it. Did you not notice the damage when you received the package?

I waited a month only to have my brand new (top of the line parts) bent up on arrival!! Not happy at all!! I will not buy anything else from steeda!! Shitty welds the stock piece is built better than this shit!!
If I were Steeda, I would have put in a call tag for all the parts sold and refunded every bit of this person's money. He would then go on a list of people we would never again do business.

VelocityBlue is too stupid to be a reasonable customer. The bar was obviously not manufactured damaged. The damage occurred either in shipping or by the customer during a failed installation. Either way, to start a forum thread where you rubbish the company in the title and the text (saying 'shit' this and 'shit' that) prior to giving them any opportunity to remedy the problem is beyond ridiculous.

I'm not even much of a Steeda fan, but the only 'shit' here is between VelocityBlue's ears.

*** UPDATE***
After seeing the review - Matt from Steeda reached out to me and offered to send a new O-ring as a replacement so I consider the issue resolved and wanted to update the post.
**********************************************************************************************
ORIGINAL REVIEW: Received badly scratched Billet Front Tow Hook - basically, it appears to be a used part... After carefully reviewing I took several pictures and contacted Steeda with images and my concerns. Josh from Steeda responded stating that they would accept the part back but would deduct 20% in restocking fees and I would have to pay for the return postage. I provided pictures and let them know that the part appears as used and Sreeda responded that it probably happened during shipping but insisted on restocking fees and shipping... I ended up keeping the used over $200 part, but I think this negative review is necessary. Not satisfied with how Steeda treated this case and me as a customer.

Also, I tried leaving this review on Steeda website. I posted the review, received an email from Steeda judge.me to verify the review. I did verify and the review was removed from the Steeda website.

Don’t blame you, I wouldn’t install a scratched up part on my stang either. :(

I’d report it as received damage to my credit card company and file a charge back.

The pictures show no sign of pry bar usage which is what it would take to bend the tac welded bar ring. Odd to say the least. But any company who request a restocking fee as well as OP paying the return cost, I would cut the bar in two, throw away and never buy from that company again.
Customer service "IS" the most important attribute of a company without a doubt. Good Luck OP
