Hey, guys,
So, I noticed with my 2019 GT that there's a whirring-like sound coming from the engine, mostly noticeable when accelerating at low speeds (from idle), I'm unsure if it's normal (and it doesn't really seem to pick up well on videos, I tried). It's not a hissing or whistle-like sound so I kinda don't think it's a vacuum leak...? Now, when I say "whirring" the best description I can give is that it sounds like a turbo spooling-up before the blow-off valve releases (or like the induction noise of a large diesel engine from a Mack Truck beginning to accelerate), if that makes sense. Like, it definitely sounds like some type of intake noise as opposed to a leak, but it wasn't present on my 2016 GT so I'm unsure if it's normal and has to do with the updated engine mechanics...?

Small chance you could just be hearing the intake noise from the sound tube?

I assume you have the auto? If so that's what it is. People have talked about it something to do with I believe the hydraulics of the A10 transmission.

Sure do

I indeed do have the A10.

Good to know it’s not an engine issue! Thanks!!!
I have the same setup as you. I am very sure its just the behavior of the transmission and the valves in the exhaust moving around. It doesn't stay still.

Considering you have the A10, this sound is normal. The reason seems to be the high pressure oil pump for the transmission being located towards the bottom of the transmission instead of inside like the the A6 from previous gen Mustangs. Mine has 12xxx miles and does this sound so no worries there :)

Yep, my does the same thing. It's more noticeable when the sound is bounced off a solid object next to the car. At first I though it may be the Flux-Capacitor. :)
