2018 GT engine sound when cold

For those with a 2018 GT auto. Do you hear a metalic sound when the engine is cold when you run the engine in your garage or near a wall? It s cyclic sound, not a diesel sound but almost. When it s warm it dissapear.
Is it a normal for this new engine before i had a 2016 GT ? May be the direct injection ?

Mine does have this sound and goes away completely once the car is up to operating temp. I have 84xx miles on it as of today.

Most likely just hearing noises from the HPFP, characteristics of DI.

i think i have the same sound. as you said goes away after a minute. i mainly hear it when i use remote start as im outside. almost 2k miles

Make sure those 2018 GTs have 10qts of oil - lots of threads on here where Dealerships are only putting in 8!
