I contacted a dealership about 2 hours south of Chicago where I purchased my 2016 Mustang (for invoice) a few years ago. The sales lady I dealt with from the past said that starting in January the Bullitt will not be a limited production vehicle and that I can order one for MSRP or slightly less than MSRP. The only downside is that she said Magneride is not an available option anymore? Has anyone else heard of this? I wanted the electronics package and magneride. They just received their first Bullitt with the options I want but they won’t sell for MSRP. They’re putting it on eBay. Anderson Ford in Clinton IL.

I think MagneRide for the 2018s mostly ran out by like January or so, and they only started production a few months prior in September. So if Ford makes it to January this year when production started in June I guess they're getting better lol. At this point, the Bullitt has been on sale for nearly 2 months and I think hopefully all the people paying these markups should have most of their cars by now. Fingers crossed the car doesn't go anywhere on Ebay and your dealer calls you in a few weeks to sell it to you at MSRP.

I'd be asking your salesperson who told her about Magneride coming off the option list. Yes, it might be constrained but based on it being packaged as standard in other countries, I suspect Ford would have planned for higher demand.

Car salespeople are often the first to make unfounded statements and even more often the last to be told anything by the manufacturer. So I would not place any credence in that until I heard/read it from a reliable source. Both assertions sound unlikely to me.
