Ngauge- need help

got my first Ngauge and so far not happy. It’s not very intuitive. No directions and very little help online.
I’m putting way too mush time in this. Took 20 minutes to find the SD card.

Do you turn the car on when plugging in?
video says to find car and GT500 is not in the list. Do I pick GT?

Did your nGauge come preloaded with a tune? When I got mine, it came with the SD card already installed in it, thus leading me to believe that it came with a preloaded tune. Turns out it didn’t and I had to go through the process of filling out the online request on Steeda’s website. About 7 days later, Lund emailed me my 93 octane tune.

No, its not very intuitive, but 20 min to find the sd card slot..?

Who is your tuner?
Connect bttery chrger to car to ensure proper voltage
Insert SD card to Nguage
Connect Nguage to OBD then turn on car power.
It will go through power on cycle. if screen is still dark, press screen anywhere once to pwer on
just look for the years, so yes, 16-19 gt or whatever.
from there i forget if its in tuning or another menu, but you will need to "read" the ecu, this will take about 30 minutes, hence the charger
once your file is "read" power off eveything,
take SD card to laptop, email to your tuner
the will send file to you, save it to sd card
sd card back in nguage
power /connect everything again
go to 'tuning , "load tune"
should take 6 minutes. press ok through every menu until the progress bar shows

it will give you directions from there " tune loaded successfully " power off vehicle for 10 seconds
then your GTG

Thanks. The tiny SD card was already in a very tiny slot and I mistook the adapter as the SD to insert.

I am doing mine through palm beach. Your instructions have been very helpful.
