New S550 owner!

Well its been a busy month guys. I sold my 750rwhp 2003 Cobra that I have had for 7 years and moved into the S550 world. I picked up this beautiful 2017 GT Premium California Special this last Friday. I have always loved Oxford white and couldnt wait to get into one. This forum has to much info, I really need to get to studying. I have been a mustang guy all my life. I have owned 2 95 GTs, and my 2003 Cobra. Goals are low 10 second quarters with a supercharger. Trying to decide between a Whipple or Procharger.

Either of those choices will easily get you into the 10's. Kinda just depends on budget, if you will be installing yourself, other mods planned, etc. Plan on a return fuel system, and with the Procharger you will need a tuning device and custom tune. Apparently most people with the Whipple are happy with the tune they provide, but a custom one will always be better. Also, you will definitely need some IRS Mods to keep the rear tires on the ground.

My wife let me pick out whatever I wanted, but she had a couple of veto rules on color... lime, orange, and white. The first two, I could understand. Oddly enough, red wasn't and issue. But that white sure looks nice. Those black accents really stand out, too. Looks great.

Congrats on the new wheels. Bet you can't wait to boost yours. Finding this thing with a VMP 2.3 on it was the only way I was gonna give up my Whipple Terminator! We have the same wheels. I did take the CS stripes off, though.
