Never received GT350 Owners Supplement

I bought my car new just over a year ago and never received my owners supplement package. I contacted my salesman and also ford customer care and no one seems to know what this is or be able to get one for me.

Do any of you have an idea of who to contact so I can get my owners supplement package?

Same here. FP will be able to fix it, but it may take a while. Mine was said to have disappeared in transit. After much back and forth, they finally printed off another and mailed it out.

Yeah call. Mine got returned to them when no one was around to sign for it, ended up getting it about 7 months later.

Dealership lost mine. Contacted FP at the number listed above and have a replacement in the works. Don't know if it matters but I've been working with Isabelle Jackson, she knows the drill. They will need a copy of your sales receipt.

So I called today and they said it was shipped out last October and they are seeing what happened to the package. I believe I talked to Isabelle as well. Thanks for all the help.

How long is the wait typically after purchase? I just bought my new 18 R last Thursday. Also, when and how can I learn about the GT350 driving school?

I bought my car October 6th 2017 and it got shipped but to the wrong address on October 19th 2017. As for the driving school look up GT350 Track Attack for a phone number. You should be able to sign up now. The earlier you sign up the better because you only have a year after purchase to attend and the classes fill up quick.

I bought my Gt350R in late August. My package arrived from Ford on September 11th. So it was really quick.

It’s also dependent on the dealer sending your info to Ford.

Driving school info is included, and the school sends a follow up letter about a month later.

I disagree. I loved it. If you’re planning on keeping the car, it’s definitely is something that you want to have.

I also think its great and gives a personal feel since the crankshaft plaque has your cars chassis number. And since mine is a early 17 with spin on oil filter the oil filter wrench with my cars vin number on it is cool to (this doesn't come with the supplement package but a separate package to those with spin on oil filters)

This is what comes in the 2018 Owners Supplemental Package.

I took these photos when the box arrived. It was a great moment. I got the package before I had actually received the car (since I had bought the car out of state and was shipping it).

It now comes with a very nice book about the history of the car, where the original cars were developed and debuted (Riverside International Raceway, Moreno Valley, CA—my home). The book is new for 2018.
