I've got a 2017 GT350R. Most all of the rubber hoses on top of the engine that connect to and around the intake manifold are starting to develop small cracks especially near or at the connection points. It looks like many of these hoses are specially formed to fit. My mechanic says all the hoses come included if I wanted to purchase a new intake manifold. That would be an expensive solution. Anyone have any ideas? I'd be interested in purchasing the hoses or the complete manifold and hoses from a 2019 or 2020 GT350 provided the hoses are in good shape, if anyone knows of a car being parted-out.
Thanks!

Isn’t it wild that Ford doesn’t sell manifold parts?!

I would shop and fab some hoses out of whatever comparable flexible rubber I could find. I don’t think they have to be chemical resistant because all of the IM hosing is for vacuum purposes.

Let us know how this unravels, I had to put the GT350 mani on my 17 GT after the famed IMRC failures lol.

A new intake isn't that expensive. Since it's plastic it's going to degrade over time. It probably wouldn't be bad to buy at least one and maybe a backup. Or you could just buy regular part store vacuum lines and do it that way as suggested above.

I would consider buying a backup for the plastic oil pan as well. Hopefully it lasts a long time, but if it fails it could be difficult to find a replacement in 10 years.

FWIW mine's in similar condition, starting to develop cracks

573 bucks from Levittown if you get the manifold assembly, and yeah, it looks like its sold as the full assembly with hoses included.

I can find the part for the 5.0 booster vacuum hoses at the manifold, but I'm not finding a separate part for the 350 manifold. Sometimes they show up on ebay though.

They are just vacuum hoses. Fabricate them yourself or get a friend who knows how to help. You can do this and make it look stock. H/F sells all the fittings you will need.
