Well, let's first see what happens with dealer.

I think the issue is he has a contract for a limited production 50th anniversary. Basically the dealer knows they can mark the price up an make more money if they back out of the contract.Hey go over to San Tan Ford and ask for Brett. I bought my 15 from him and had a great experience. They even let me sample their Roush Mustangs while I waited for delivery.
Kudos to the owner stepping in and holding the employees accountable. Glad it worked out for you!Dealer honored written agreement after owner stepped in. Have to give it to him for turning a source experience to a great one today. He actually had all employees come out and tell them that what was done to me is exactly what he will never tolerate.
I work for a Dealership Group in Arizona and can tell you the only way to get things like this ultimately resolved is to go over the guys head you are dealing with, and be polite about it. Dealerships are so survey driven right now that a bad survey will cost someone some money. I know at one of our ford dealerships the General Manager cares a lot about the customers and will always do the right thing.Kudos to the owner stepping in and holding the employees accountable. Glad it worked out for you!
