If I grind it down anymore it starts to get into the aluminum case of the supercharger.
Buy a diamond tip dremmel bit and cut the slit

I would use this, grind side to side until the slit is deep to where a good common screwdriver will fit snug.

Someone overtightened the living piss out of it. That’s all. Probably 3X more torque than it actually needed.
