Toss in my vote for single bars for all 3.

Especially if the LED behind the hazard is already red with the rest blue, it'll be no problem finding it in an emergency.

Yep, I'm good with that too.

Yep, single bar looks better and "cleaner", 3 bars might just look too "busy"... Just my 0.02 ;)

So...many awesome choices...!!
They all look great! I agree with single bar. I know I'll buy which ever you decide to produce.
now how about a start button cover like the Lambos??

zakmd1... the work you are doing here is awesome, keep up the great work.

Even though I have the fully loaded GT with the toggles, may consider your switches if it turns out better!

In time maybe! After these toggles are finished I already have another design project lined up.

Updates

Both parts for Prototype 2 are in production now. Once I receive I will verify my modified dimensions with another install. I am currently working on updating all 3 toggles with the single light bar in place of text. I hope to have it all done and uploaded (for sale) by mid-late August!

On another note! I think I might have tiered toggle sets. The base tier (cheaper) will be what you see me prototyping now. They will be available in a full range of colors and will be plug and play once received. The second tier (more expensive the tier one) would be for anyone interested in getting a very smooth surface finish. I plan to reconfigure the toggles for use with shapeways "Frost Ultra Detail" acrylic. The benefit would be a much smoother finish and much tighter tolerances. With the tolerances listed, this tier could approach the OEM toggles very solid feel. Tolerances for moving parts are .05mm for FUD and .5mm for normal SLS plastic, this is a large difference that will eliminate any play in the pivot mechanism. (to be clear the base toggles will still have a quality feel) The downside here is that it will require the customer to paint them as FUD is transparent and is not offered in any colors.

I suspect that tier one will be the most popular with tier two being for those who want a even more solid feeling smoother finish customized toggle.
