As per the guide just released today (thanks, JarStang)...

I was thinking about the 50th anniversary appearance option, but since you can't spoiler delete on it, I didn't take it.

I'd love the 19" luster nickel wheels of that option, but spoiler delete rules the day.

I might purchase them separately or make a test fitment of the optional 19" luster nickel wheels from my 2010 GT at some point. I think they might not clear the calipers, however, and spacers might have to be used.

At any rate, for a daily driver, the 18" tires will be less expensive.
Is the dark saddle the dark reddish interior we've seen inside a few of the magnetics?

Also, it says on the base EB auto that it comes with 3.31 ltd slip. (page 4)

But on the page with the axles, it shows the EB auto with a 3.15 as standard (page 16)

Is only the manual 3.31?

Also, correct me if I'm wrong but I thought that a lower # meant better gas mpg...is that correct?

Yes...

Yes, that's for the manual, which is the standard transmission

Yes, that's the ratio for the optional automatic transmission

Is only the manual 3.31?
Yes, as noted above.

Yes, typically numerically lower final gear ratios help with fuel economy. However, there will be ratings that are different for the manual vs automatic transmissions, most likely.

Thanks Tony. Appreciate it.

Yah man that dark saddle is damn nice with the magnetic. It's going to be tough for me to pick between that and all black.

While I like the 18" wheels I have in the order codes, I actually would love to have either of these wheels instead. I might be separately purchasing one of these later, although it probably will add a good $2000-$2400 to my total cost between them, the tires, and the TPMS sensors.

Tony, Can you get the leather Recaro's without ordering the premium package?

The way the guide reads, it appears the leather Recaros only come with the premium trim level.

Thanks Tony for the Ecoboost PP black wheel pics. All other pics of the Ecoboost PP show same wheels is silver which I like better. Even the hotrod test ride Ecoboost model has the silver wheels. But guide says black, so which ones do you think are actually being offered?

Unless the guide gets changed, it's going to be black.

Not a fan of black wheels, but I do think the Eco PP wheels looks better in black... they are probably my least favourite of the wheels offered though :( Would love the 50th... So psyched to see what Ford Europe is going to present us with on the 24th!

The guide should be the authority of course except there is no mention of the same wheels in silver and we are seeing them all over on the Ecoboost PP. I guess we will just have to see. There should be a way to get the silver Ecoboost PP wheels.

As these are preproduction, stuff changes as you might imagine. It would be cool if you could get the wheels through Ford Racing as an accessory. In some model years, I think this has been the case in some instances.

Thanks Tony. I am going to check with Ford Racing. Although the gloss black should look pretty good on the DIB mustang with black leather interior. Definitely look good with TY.

Tire Rack is already listing an all-season tire in the same size as what is fitted to EcoBoost performance pack wheels and the 50th anniversary appearance package wheels - Pirelli P-Zero Nero 255/40-19

At $202 a piece, that's within the reasonably affordable category. I've just sent an email to my salesperson to see what it would take to order the EcoBoost performance pack wheels as service parts and include them and TPMS sensors in the purchase price of my order.

Hopefully these would be available when the cars make it into production and then match up with the delivery of the car.

I definitely like these wheels and would prefer a 19" wheel, not that the 18" wheel I want is unappealing to me.
