Mustang Brembo PP1

Hello, I recently purchased some work meisters S1 for my Mustang. I am running into a clearance issue with the fronts. I have brembo brakes. Even with a 10mm spacer it was hit. Is there any solution to this ? Or I’m I screwed and have to sell my wheels. Thank you !

What is hitting? The face of the caliper or the border? If face, more spacer. If border, SOL.

It’s hitting towards the top/middle of the caliper. Thanks for the reply !

To do it right, get the right wheels. If the clearance just off a tad, maybe a slight grind on the offending area of the caliper. Im not in favor of this, but I have seen it done.

I agree with you. It’s hard to let go of them since they are my dream wheels for this car but very true.

what is the rim dims?

They are 19x9.5 +32 and 19x10.5 +10 I don’t know the disk size. Pretty show it’s low disk so that’s where I went wrong

they rub on the top center? That is odd. Honestly if the wheel doesn't fit I would not grind on the caliper. sell the wheel and buy some that fit the brakes

Yea I think that’s the best option. Work wheels USA do not sell faces so I can’t even make them fit

If you’re really wanting the wheels, you could always replace the brembo’s with the standard GT 4 pots
