MT82 D4 Fluid??

Have an mt82 d4 trans just got it rebuilt has carbon synchros was wondering what fluid i should put in it...I already bought 3 qts of motul dctf but not sure if I should go with that,maybe something different, better or just stick to oem

That is what I put in my trans last year, made a world of difference, wish I did it sooner.

I really don’t think there’s a magic brew as far as tranny fluid goes. Any product of decent quality should suffice. I too have carbon synchros and run BG Syncro Shift II. Not saying it’s the best, but it has worked great for me.

What I'm putting in with steeda clutch lines and mgw. No real complaints with stock. My car sees a wide range of temps in n tx.

Ima go with the motul i already have it but most likely switch to synchro shift in a few thousand miles and see if there's any difference thank you guys

When you rebuilt, did you upgrade anything else internally or just the synchros?

Just synchros and a few other gears and forks that were damaged, was trying to get billet forks but they sold out not sure when another batch coming
