Mt82-d4 MGW. Noises!!!

Anyone know what this noise is happeneds mainly at 3500 rpm. Every gear. Sometimes I can rev it with clutch in and it will make noise thanks

Hard to really pin point thru a phone but almost sounds like a vibration is it definitely coming thru the transmission?

Could it possibly be something in the exhaust touching the body of the car from a broken hanger, loose connection on the exhaust or headers?

When you’re at idle is there a sound? Does the sound change when you’re at idle and you press the clutch?
