That doesn't look too bad by recent standards ...Passenger side tail light!

To add to that, I wasn't pinching your idea - I am also referring to the spacing between them i.e. the red paint stripe in the middleStripes are not aligned at the plate?

+1The stripes coming off the top of the rear bumper cover are in alignment with the above trunk lid/body stripes. The continued stripes in the plate area... they're off/shifted to the driver side by a good 1/4-1/2"....
It's under warranty, take it back.
Also to note -
When buying new and before leaving any dealership (if buying locally or picking up after a delivery), always go over the entire car in daylight or ask to bring it into their garage bays under bright light to look over the entire car top to bottom inside and out. Any findings get it documented and they're agreement to make right.
The above is an obvious factory screw up - but after leaving a Dealer lot or taking delivery via out of state transport services, the not so obvious can result in a verbal you said/they said, or a you did/they didn't where warranty could be denied.
Or an optician.Maybe Ford needs to start drug testing their employees more often?
I actually prepped the car myself and noticed several things. I totally missed the stripes. Just noticed the other day. Yes they will fix it, but should this be an issue? No fn way. Unacceptable and quality control needs to be addressed. This is my 2nd 500 and both had many flaws. The stripes coming off the top of the rear bumper cover are in alignment with the above trunk lid/body stripes. Man that's some BS. I got vinyl stripes too. I guess that's one more thing I'll have to inspect before I drive it off.Can you spot the defect in this picture. I won't even show you the fall out in the passenger front fender.![]()
And do eye tests to make sure they are 2020.Maybe Ford needs to start drug testing their employees more often?
