Was playing with the my new UCDS tool and I got the GT350 digital speedometer working on my V6 haha

The deal breaker is that doing this will add ALL the GT350 features (including exhaust mode) which won't work on non-GT350

How the climate seats appear on the screens?

Ayham, can you share the way you did it? Is there a link for the UCDS you bought? It seems that there's all sorts magical things you can do with this tool that we cannot do with FORScan.

They released a new version of FORScan two days ago so that may have unlocked some new features.

I have a 2016 and I was able to enable the heated/cooled seats on the touchscreen. I used the f150 as built guide to do that one. I’ll take a pic later if I remember. What registers did you change and what value did you change?

Should have been 7D0-01-01 in the APIM and it should be xxxx xxxx x2xx

So I'm guessing this means the GT350 firmware is compatible with the non-GT350 IPC? That kicks ass.

Hmm.. a thought I had: are the analog tach and speedo still accurate?

It would not surprise me if the hardware is the same, but the gauge face is different.

The speedometer is accurate etc. I didn't play much with the ABD after flashing the GT350 firmware....I'll try later to see if I can get rid of the exhaust and driving modes of the GT350 but it's unlikely as the firmware has them by default

So what program do you use with that ucds?
I don't use UCDS I just use FORScan with an ELM327. Don't they sell the software with the hardware tool?

This is interesting! Does that mean you can use the heads up display like the GT350 shift light? I would really like to have this feature in my GT.

I believe in the 18 digital dash thread someone had found where the active exhaust is programmed and disabled it for their '16.
