Diff bushing inserts.. So much NVH from the rear diff I had to remove them..

I didn't have the inserts but the lockout kit. NVH was noticeable but not intolerable until I added a 1 piece drive shaft. Then it was horrible.

The only other mod was significant and expensive - nitrous. I should have listened to the advice to save my money and put it towards a blower...

Great thread. I have just started on mine, but have many mods planned. I know there is no side exhaust kits available yet but I wouldn't do it. I had it on my 05 GT and while it looked awesome, the low ground clearance was brutal.

I just did the gt350 steering wheel and it is just so much better than the stock wheel. I am planning on lots of rear suspension mods to deal with the wheel hop so I hope to hear from more people about their results or fails on that.

The GT350 steering wheel is my favorite mod so far...you are right, so much better than stock!!

PS I am from Canada as well, living in Texas...love Victoria

Is the ride much more harsh with the performance springs? I have them waiting to install
I was really worried about the ride. I have just the BMR performance springs. I live semi rural Oklahoma, so really bad roads at times. The car rides 10x better. It is far from harsh. I know it would have to be put through some real test to see if there are any performance gains, but I think the car rides way better than it did and stays flat through aggressive corners. I do not have the PP as I have an Auto car, but it really took away the bounce without being overly firm. I felt stock the car felt like it was floating all over the place at times. I really did not like it.

Here's the new stance on stock 19s.

I regret going with 25% tint. It's perfect in the day light but a shade too dark at night.
I'm the opposite, I wish I went a shade darker. I got 35% lumar ceramic all around w/o windshield and it is a nice shade at night, but during the day I can be seen clearly. I was hoping for a bit more privacy. lol I'm thinking about lightly tinting the windshield to cancel out some more light so the rest of the tint looks a bit darker during the day. Anyone know if tinting the windshield will help achieve this??
