O.k.Believe me I dreaded this but it's really easier than you would think.
Start by going around the crank and turn the belt vertical so it will go behind the crank pulley, then put the belt on the A/C pulley, start turning the crank clockwise while feeding the belt back out from behind the crank pulley.
It has taken me four hours to get the bolt started and tightened in the oil pump.
3 hours to start the bolt and then 1 hour to tighten it.
Thoughts of welding, red loctiting one bolt, and ritual suicide crossed my mind. What a PITA.
