Because they could probably do that for his and it would be a lot quicker. What's wrong with that? It will get cleaned and machined and new parts where needed.
I always have mixed thoughts with warranty. Do I act responsible and inform the dealer I found gear tooth or do I let it blow.Because they could probably do that for his and it would be a lot quicker.
How does Ford dealerships get the blocks? I'm assuming everything's already set up for them..I always have mixed thoughts with warranty. Do I act responsible and inform the dealer I found gear tooth or do I let it blow.
I'd rather get a long block than a short block.
Most dealers don't have a clean room so I wouldn't trust a dealer rebuilt. They sure as hell won't send it to a real engine shop.
