I have a decent amount of knowledge but I’m overall pretty ignorant when it comes to motors.

my v6 is making a noise but only sometimes

to give the full scope of the car it is a 3.7 v6 that has an auto mafia racing turbo kit on it

I did a pull onto the highway and it didn’t really make a noise but I could tell it changed I thought it blew a coupler which it has done before. As a pulled off the highway a little later I got a low oil pressure light. Instantly pulled over and turned the car off. After I discovered there wasn’t a hole in the block I started it again and it said normal oil pressure but to be safe I towed it home. Some time later I checked and there was no oil so I added some and inspected for a leak it appears as if the rear main seal has a small leak. When I started it back up after I filled the oil again it made the noise in the attached video.

the motor had the pistons replaced with billet aluminum Manley pistons because piston slap destroyed the stock piston skirts.

I drained the oil and there are no metal shavings and the spark plugs have oil coating them there is also oil in the cylinders when I look with a bore scope.

any help is appreciated.

Does it smoke blue when you start it after it's been sitting a while?

I'm no expert, but I am guessing your rings are toast

Oil on all 6 plugs/cylinders?
Sorry to say but I think you have another engine rebuild in your future.

I didn’t check all six but I checked two and when I say coated I mean like enough to drip off of the plugs I pulled

You should check all six and maybe run a compression test if you can.
Also, you checked and at one point there was zero oil?

Not zero but probably only a quart left but the rear main seal is definitely toast

So, at least 4 qts low and a hard pull followed by a deep knock sound. You may not have seen glitter when you drained the oil but it was 80ish% new. I'd bet if you cut open the oil filter you'd find some. Between super low oil, the knock and oil dripping off the plugs I don't think the rear main seal is all that's toast...
Sorry
