I have the MMR version which is pretty much identical. I haven’t installed it though. @19BULLITTwhipple also has the MMR kit (I believe he’s still using all or some of it). He’s also a twin turbo car btw.

I bought mine around the same time that he did, along with some -10AN flare fittings to convert the coolant lines at the firewall too. Unfortunately, the fittings for the firewall didn’t come with the plastic locking clips like the factory ones and he broke his. I think he ended up doing something different with the firewall fittings (been a minute, so I don’t remember exactly what his fix was). Anyways, it may be worth shooting him a message to get pics and his take on them.

What issues do the OEM fittings and connections have that these upgrades address?

What issues do the OEM fittings and connections have that these upgrades address?
None really for a factory car, they just help clean things up and allow for running custom made -AN lines.

However, they can also allow for adding tees to incorporate other things like a coolant distribution block to supply coolant to other components like wastegates and turbos.

@NGOT8R @19BULLITTwhipple Any suggestions on a vacuum block and good mounting locations?
Yup same here. And I have that in the same location, right above the shortblock. I put the vacuum block under the metal plate so everything would fit under the stock manifold

Are you running without a thermosat? What did you use to adapt to the factory hoses or connections on the radiator?

All the coolant fittings are available on MMR or BPS

I'll try to get a small coolant video for you. I know for me it was confusing. Check back tomorrow. I should have a reply for you by mid day.
