I’ll bug ya one last time. Actually just received the spoiler in the mail, was wondering if you applied 3M tape to the back of the spoiler at all/What’s the use for the plastic strips provided?
No worries, I called them when I installed mine as I wanted to know the same thing(like the stock spoiler) and the tech told me not to use 3M tape on the installation. I did use some vinyl wrap to cover the additional holes in the trunk from the stock spoiler and made 4 quarter size "washers" out of 3M tape to try and weatherproof around the 4 mounting holes. Seems to have worked well and I have no water getting in. No idea about the plastic strips as mine didn't come with any that I remember...maybe a template for drilling holes if you have no stock spoiler?

Thank you for all your help brotha! Looks absolutely amazing with the Magnetic. Here’s a few pics I grabbed right after installing. Thanks again!

Anytime Brendan, it looks awesome and it makes the car look really aggressive IMO. You can't beat CF for the price of a painted spoiler either...now you just have to get a matching CF hood! (I'm trying to resist but it's futile)

Looks good but what's up with that middle clear removable piece?
That’s the “Wicker Bill” or “Gurney Flap” part that’s adjustable up or down.

Yeah, I just wondering why it's only in the middle and not across the whole spoiler?

Just Looks odd
Just the way it is my man, @Drake Muscle Cars designed it and I love it, and try explaining a Wicker Bill to someone here in the UK, it’s hard work I tell ya.

One reason for the gap in the spoiler is for rear visibility. So to have a full width spoiler AND maintain visibility, they make an optional clear part.
