Dealers said, 5pm yesterday was cut off time, Ford are never very quick with updates, as they still have 2021 colours on configurator

Your not kidding, my dealer only got the grabber lime paint sample in March 2021, even though it was a one year only paint colour for 2020 ...

It didn't take me long to acquire it :

Last I looked, the UK brochure still showed the pre 18 / Gen 2 engine ?

Yeah but for the U.K. market I think that adds another longer term problem.

These things aren’t cheap in the U.K., they are escalating in cost, narrowing the gap to dare I say more quality brands and now anyone who wants one is effectively forced to pay the £2000 premium for an auto.

If I understand correctly, the cheapest ‘base’ U.K. mustang with no options is now £48k ?

With the rising costs of cars, fuel, taxes and insurance, and with the government cracking down on noise, emissions and modding, buying a new performance car is going to be difficult to justify owning. I believe this is one of the reasons why older performance cars from the 90s to early 2000s, that are exempt, have sky rocketed in price.

100% with you on that. I've never 'operated' a worse gearbox than the MT82. I've driven a few tractors and they had nicer gearboxes haha #mustanglife

I'd love to try out the Tremec box. If only there was an easy way to swap them!
