I've always been one to hear both sides with a difficult customer, but is this really what Lund wants as their public facing response to someone that doesn't fully understand what their tuner is explaining to them (I get they are being a little difficult, but really)? What a time to be alive when companies can respond this way to a customer.

It's amazing what people say so very publicly these days, and in direct connection to their work/employer no less. The side effects of the Internet toxicity borg effect on display here.

1 thread 1 post... ok

Yeah Alex is a giant asshat and his mouth is exactly the reason Lund will never get my business. Anytime someone asks for tuner recommendations I share one of asshat’s videos of him bashing customers and that’s usually enough to send them looking elsewhere.

Customer's a retard.
If you are in the tune business you take the guy's money and you tune his car. If the CAI is difficult you charge extra or decline the business all together.

Company is retarded.

I thought that Lund has had an ass reputation for years. When I see someone post a thread with questions that starts with, "My Lund tune..." or "I've been working with Lund..." I wonder if they've been living under a rock. Step 1 is let the forum recommend a different tuner bro.

Step one in customer service, “the customer is always right”….even when they are wrong. There are right ways and wrong ways to deal with these types of people. Publicly bashing them online is NEVER the right way, regardless of how you feel. It takes a 100 compliments to build a good reputation, it takes one gripe from an employee to ruin it. 🖕Lund and that asshat Alex.

Because they don't tune anything, they're in the the canned tune look at a log and maybe add some timing business. For what they charge that's insane

The customer
-was outside the 6mo period.

-wanted to change CAI for a "CuStOM CaI" even when the tuner was telling him the one installed is good for a 1,000whp.

-Was offered revisions and tuning with an extension payment of $150.

-The customer wanted the revisions/tune for free.

-The customer is a moron.

And Im tuned by Wengerd jic.

And? You don’t publicly bash customers. Any good business owner knows this. You’re completely missing the point. And that’s the kind of people Lund likes.

If the customer is always right, I would’ve got my GT for $20.
