New to the community and have a 2021 mustang pp1 and to racing in general and wish to get a tune. When I go to Lund racing and select a tune because I want an e85 tune do I click on e85/flex fuel tune then buy it with the rtd or do I have to get a separate tune for e85 then purchase the e85 flex fuel tune

I also plan to get bigger tires but are on stock right now should I put the bigger 305s as my tires size or put it as the stock 275

I didn't have to mess with tire diameter. I am 285/35/19 square........very close to my OE diameter. I'll leave that for someone else to answer.

All you need to do it purchase the Lund Racing custom tuned RTD and choose the upgrade for E85 and you'll be good to go. We'll email you a link to the custom tune request form which you'll fill out with your modifications and vehicle info. Lund Racing will build you the file for pump gas first. Once you datalog it for them they will review the log and if all looks good they'll then build and email you the E85/Flex file. If you pay for the flex/e85 tune the additional E85 race tune is included.

Feel free to give us a call if you have any other questions or need help placing the order. We're here to assist you.

So because of the RPM act, are they no longer tuning anything catless? you don't see an option for it anymore but I figure there are a lot of guys still out there doing their thing.

they never really did "catless" tunes, you don't tune for headers, they turned off cel codes, which tuners no longer do

The tune works for catless, they just don't turn things off anymore.

Bump…That’s odd because I bought the E85 tune with RTD from Lund for my 21 GT and was told they do not do the flex E85 anymore. Spent about $1,100. This was November of 2021. Has something changed? This was told to me by my tuner at Lund.

Lund cost way to much just for e85 tune in my opinion. Plus they don’t use sct tuners anymore. Then you Have to buy that expensive hard to operate rtd device. There are way cheaper and reputable tuners out there. Then if you deal with Lund better hope you don’t get know it all cocky ass Alex to tune your car. Everyone is a idiot according to him. Just my opinion

The RTD+ isn't a difficult device to use at all. It also now has an app where you can use your phone to upload/download tune files, datalog and read/clear DTC's with.

The RTD+ is also less expensive than an SCT X4/BDX.

Can you turn off speed limiters with this RTD device?
