no footage only 1 pic against my buddies GT500 who went 1.55 60 / 6.83 @ 101.46@WildHorse, looks good! What is your best ET and sixty to date? Got any video footage?
No. If you reload your stock tune you’re good to go. You just can’t overwrite the Lund tune if it’s loaded in the car. That’s my understanding anyways. So, hood on to the stock tune if ever needed.Neither did I. I am very new to the tune scene. So with that being said if I put my car back to the stock tune is the ECM still locked?
Not too far off of your buddy’s arse! Do you prefer 1/8 mile over 1/4? Things are just starting to get good around the 1/8th. I like to run em out the back door.no footage only 1 pic against my buddies GT500 who went 1.55 60 / 6.83 @ 101.46
you can see my 245/40R19 up front haha.
Ran only 1/8th last year. best 60 with 28's and 3.31 was 1.80. et 7.348 @ 98.78
this year went feline delete/ 3.73 / 2020 intake manifold / pizza cutters
Prefer 1/4 mile. Love that back half charge ! But that was a brand new 1/8th track so we were going to support it.Not too far off of your buddy’s arse! Do you prefer 1/8 mile over 1/4? Things are just starting to get good around the 1/8th. I like to run em out the back door.
Bro are you ok? Who hurt you. He was 100% right and you are just nuts. Good dayAnother guy on ignore.
Maybe you thought I was dumping on God Lund. I honestly don't know why you have lashed out at me.
Have a good life.
NOW HOLD UPOk. First off, I know very little about HP Tuners...
But, I can tell you that narrow tires are ABSOLUTELY BETTER FOR WINTER SNOW! This isn’t even up for debate or to be questioned. I live this every winter here in Canada. Yea, we get snow here...
Just through the pic in. The end of my driveway. Snow bank is 7 feet high. My walkway at the grass line is over 2 feet....
I would never allow any tuner to lock my PCM with their tune I paid so much money for, and not able to put my OEM tune back in when ever I might need to do so. An yes, as the previous guy said, they get $600-800 for a tune they already have loaded in their data base, just add the specific mods, and year of the car ETC, and 60 seconds later they are emailing that tune to the customer. That's crazy money. To each their own. Good luckAs a Lund tune user, I can tell you my car runs amazing, smoother than stock and shifts exactly the way it should. As I am supercharged with a few different things there was certainly some data logging involved to fine tune the car from idle, street manners, daily driving and WOT. Where other tuners had great difficulty tuning the EB supercharger driveability, Lund knocked this out of the park. Things improved from the first start up tune to the final tune. I can’t say enough about how well they looked after me as a customer and how my car performs on the track and on the street.
With that said, I’m not amused that my cars computer is all locked up and can only be opened by Lund. Yes, I have my stock tune both saved on a laptop as well as on the memory card in my nGauge. That part is disappointing. I certainly understand locking their tune, but not my complete computer.
I am a happy customer, but didn’t know that going into business with them.
As long as you have your original tuning device you can flash to stock as many times as you want.I would never allow any tuner to lock my PCM with their tune I paid so much money for, and not able to put my OEM tune back in when ever I might need to do so.
There tunes are so vetted you'd figure they'd be dropping prices. But nope, they raise them. That's crazy money. To each their own. Good luck
How are bama tunes tunes? There tunes are so vetted you'd figure they'd be dropping prices. But nope, they raise them.
On the funnier side I seen a 2 revision bama tune smoke a 1 revision lund tune. Both were 10R80 cars. That's all I know haha.
Well then I guess their is allot of disinformation on Lund. When I get ready for my FI tune I will talk to the different tuners and make sure I know exactly what I am getting. ThanksAs long as you have your original tuning device you can flash to stock as many times as you want.
