So you just pump E85 and send it without testing it?
You do your datalogs to send lund. You will have to floor it somewhat. Logs are not made at idling

If the pump says E85, then you flash e85r and send it yes. If lund see something wrong he will correct it. Your engine have knock sensors its not gonna blow up just like that they always keep a safety margin the file you have right now is prob not maxed out yet

If you have a gas station that's got good E85 and is consistent, you don't need to test it every time.

2 miles till empty then you still have a bit of 91-93 or whatever you run. That’s why ya run the flex. Till ya get er all cleared out n get to just straight e85. From what I’ve read anyways. I just got my Lund Ngauge as well but putting a lot of stuff on the car before I load the tune. Does the Ngauge automatically save ur stock file or ????

Stock file is saved automatically when you load a new tune

The flex tune being accurate is highly dependent on how good the fuel trims and MAF curve is set. Don't worry if it doesn't read the actual ethanol %. Seriously don't. It's basically a useless number that's calculated.
Do your logs and send to Lund and enjoy. Your car has will make adjustments based fuel trim error. Nothing at all to worry about. If something is a bit off Lund will send you a revision.

The ALCH_PCT will only be available on the flex tune because the E85R tune assumes that E85 is being put into the tank. If you're not seeing the ALCH_LRN flag, you can change your gauges on the ngauge to look for it.

If you are sure your station has E85 that is 75% or above, you're good to run E85R tune If there is no 91 octane in the tank. If you want to play it safe, run a tank on flex tune and then fill up on E85 again when that tank is empty. At that point switch to the E85R tune (as long as you know your station is giving E75 or above).

At e70 the e85R tune will run a tad rich but the ecu will do it's job and trim out.

Lund will tell you to run fuel closer to e80+ on the e85R tune.

My car even on e70 running the e85R tune will add timing all the way up so I don't mind running it. If it was pulling timing then I'd consider going back to the flex tune.
