Aside from the cat back system, why the ARH and ceramic on inside and out?
It makes them look good longer, slight performance gain and significantly reduces under hood heat in preparation for when my whipple finally arrives.

American racing headers catted mated up to a corsa sport catback. I did it cause fitment. I’ll pay the extra price to get a perfect fit. I did them in the parking lot of my apt complex on jack stands in about 12 hours. Fitment is amazing. I have all the room on both sides of the engine. I didn’t even touch the a/c line people talk about.

I have stainless power with cats. I chose them because of the cost and they are a local company. Now that I know the stainless power is actually made in china, I would have coughed up the extra $400 and got locally made stainless works instead.

I have the Xforce headers and the build quality and fit are excellent. The only thing I don't like is their cat back is a little quiet for me. But because their system is all flanged to go back to my mbrp catback I'll have to have some custom work done to mate the lead pipes fit the catback.

2M "Lone Star" because I bought into the hype. They didn't fit well at all but did make good power. They hit the steering shaft and the passenger frame rail but oh well. Live and learn.

Ceramic Coated Kooks on both my Stangs. Perfect Fit and Finish. Good o2 sensor placement for E85. Also only company that offers them with the green cats in case you live where you need to pass inspection.

Ultimate Headers, made of 321 Stainless. Came with everything I needed and nice parts, also fitmet was stellar!

2M. Live and learn but if I had to do it over again I probably would’ve just ponied up more money for a better fitment. Nothing crazy but like EPTS550 said, steering shaft and passenger side frame rail.

Not a job I would reccomend for any weekend mechanics but if you do it yourself (with the help of a friend or two) you’ll be glad you did because you’ll know it’s being done right

I agree with this ^. I love my Ultimate Headers. If you were to see a set in person and compare certain aspects to others like the 321 SS bends off the primary flanges (which is said to be able to withstand more heat and not become brittle), as well as the construction of the primary flanges themselves, you’d see why. For a long time, I thought Kooks were top tier, but the more I researched headers, I found that I didn’t like the ball in socket 2 bolt flange design between the collector and mid pipe on the Kooks. If I didn’t have Ultimate LTH, I would probably have gone with Corsa LTH (which have a better 4 bold flange design at the collector), followed by American Racing which has a slip fit connection at the mid pipe, just like the Ultimate does. Lastly, they sound killer!

Here are some good shots of the spare set of Ultimates that I have; for visual reference of the primary flanges and collector to mid pipe slip fit connection.
