what would be the difference between the 1 3/4" double stepped into 1 7/8" Ramjet headers vs. the 1 3/4" Ramjet headers all the way through? I ordered the 1 3/4" (non stepped) but thinking I should change my order and pay the difference to get the double stepped version? just not sure if its worth it
1 3/4 is a good NA header, if you plan to stay NA I wouldn’t worry about going 1 7/8. If forced induction is in your future then I would go 1 7/8. It’s a better breathing header and moves more air. As far as being stepped…a stepped header is like having the best of both worlds. You get the low end torque of the 1 3/4 that opens up into the volume flow of a 1 7/8.

Post up some pictures of them when you get them. I believe overall they make the best designed header for the Coyote….it’s a shame they done make them for the LHD cars 😭

Unless you defeat the bottle necked 2.25ā€ (2.08ā€ ID) OEM, sleeve connection, LTH’s aren’t doing much at all anyway.

i think they’ll be worth it on my rhd Mustang regardless because the stock rhd headers are complete shit, worse than stock lhd headers since they had to compromise for fitment

side note: would I be fine to install lth + cats without a tune for a week or two? getting an email tune for 18 mani swap + e85 tune (with new injectors), was told I wouldn’t need a retune if I were to install headers after that’s done, but I guess I’d rather install the headers first then do the mani swap/e85 tune while the headers are already on
