I get my 350 in 2 days, not a good idea to lower the car?
I didn't need camber plates nor the bolts to get my car dialed in to the recommended alignment specs for the Ford Racing Track kit. Beyond that then yes.Bmr or Ford performance springs are the way to go. The ford springs ride slightly better. The Bmr’s feel slightly more planted. Either is good choice. Both are about an inch. You’ll need to do camber plates as well and possibly camber bolts to to get the alignment dialed In.

To the OP there is a lot of options from FP, Steeda and BMR. I went with FP as a whole kit. I wouldn't do just springs. I think coil-overs are more for the track crowd. I am running the Ford Performance Track kit and IMHO this is how a PP1 car should have came.

My Gt has Steeda springs, and no camber plates. The camber is ok, the toe is off. Not off to where it drives bad, but its off. Both my 350’s needed both to completely get the car in spec. Camber is easy, the toe is where it gets sporty. Most alignment shops will send the car with the camber in spec and the toe not. Most won’t notice the toe out. But every car is a little different.
