So up here in the Great White North all covered in snow, while my beautiful RC Vert sleeps peacefully in the barn. I am looking at Lowering Springs. Eibach has a few as well as Steeda. Pretty well made my mind up that I am going with the Steeda Progressives. Has anyone used them on their Vert? I noticed on the Steeda (American) site it recommends a spacer for the rear ( on Verts) but that is the only place I have seen it mentioned. None of the Canadian sites even mention the spacer. They also recommend a method of camber adjustment for the front ( bolts or strut mounts). What is your real world experience people? Lot's of YouTube videos say they were not needed for alignment.
On a side note, how many days till spring lol

yes to spacers, it is to compensate for the extra weight of the top. I have the Steeda minimum top so I can’t speak about the progressIves. As for camber, some will say you need plates, others will not 🤷🏽‍♂️ I have heard that at 1.5“ or more of a drop, they are needed.

15 days till spring, heading to FL for a week 🤣

Yes to the spacers. The middle size worked for me with my Steeda progressive springs on '18 GT vert.

Got any side on pictures? I don't want to slam it, it's just a weekend toy not a daily. But our roads here are shit

I put the progressives on 3 years ago. I am now putting on new shocks and struts, as the OEM's don't pair well with them. There was no mention of the spacers back when I put them on, but they are needed, so I just ordered them and will put them in when I do the shocks. Don't forget the bumpstops as well!

I installed eibach springs in the front. Look great. But, looking at the rears I thought it was low enough, so, no spacers needed.

If you want I'm taking my steeda progressives off my vert and have the spacers next week. I could sell ya a set of used progressives cheap. I'm putting in some coil overs on mine.

Are you going with a different set-up?
