What didn't you like about the fortune auto's? I was looking at them over the steedas. I'm happy with the performance of the steeda's but I feel like they could be better. Great on flat track but any rough surface they hop around.
10lbs is 10lbs. People gonna buy an antigravity battery and holder to save 25-30. Free 10. I'd really like to shave 100lbs between driveshaft, battery, carbon fiber hood, and dead weights. Since I've changed the suspension frequency by springs, shocks and brake weight change, I'm not sure...
Because I have 305/30/20's on the front and I was doing 150mph in Mexico and the front liner blew in. Less than 1" tire to fender gap. That's why. FYI I run 400lb/in springs on my steeda coilovers on mine. I tried running 250lb per in springs and I was running out of travel into coil bind...
Was replacing a fender liner today because a tire had rubbed through on it and found a huge steel sprung weight behind the passenger one liner. Looks just like good sized chunks of steel in there. One is easily 12" long and the other is the size of a deck of playing cards. All bolted in. OK...
NGL... Had lund tune the Whipple on mine and the part throttle and around town was light years ahead of what was in it. This is really nice as it's made 700HP boring/linear and predictable. Drives nicer than a factory gt500. In the realm of daily driver stuff it works great. I kinda miss...
No you put like maybe 20cc of brake fluid in the bottom of it to create the "seal" so no air can come back in. Where the fluid comes in, that tube goes all the way down to about 1/2" before the bottom of the canister. So you put the hose over the bleeder. Crack the bleeder. Then you can pump...
If you get one of these bottles you'll never have a problem because the tubing will always be in the fluid unlike the pickle jar shown and when you pump you can see the new fluid transition color from old used to new from the MC. I actually prefer this over the motive pressure bleeder...
I'm almost done with the process of Lund tuning my car. Honestly, they're direct, to the point and realistic. They've been quick to make the adjustments I need. Car has never run better. Around town drivability is amazing. People may not like some of the things Alex says but he ain't wrong...
