One of the biggest problems is the upright seat back position in the rear. Almost every coupe and convertible is designed this way. I believe it is to save on trunk space and to make more leg room in the rear, because if you were to push the seatback rearwards, you would lose trunk space or if you moved the seat forward, you would lose leg room.
