My 2019R is a 920A car, but it definitely has carpet in the trunk. When did they add it back to the base package?

I'll have to have a look when I get home in a few days. Never noticed it.They're the bump stops that the adjustable rubber bumpers in the trunk lid hit when the lid is closed - i.e., used to adjust the lid and provide some further support.
In the electronics equipped R and pretty much all other Mustangs, the rubber bumpers in the trunk lid come down on top of a plastic trim panel that spans the rear of the trunk and has that little hinged access for the latch area.
Since I pulled all of that out of the Mule, I was looking for an easy way to have the rubber bumpers have a landing point - looks like it ain't going to be with those bespoke R parts, so a bit of fabrication ingenuity will have to fill the void.
Yea I was looking to do the same thing. But I was not spending $400 for trunk lid bumpers. So I made my own out of a spare plastic deck lid. That’s only $100They're the bump stops that the adjustable rubber bumpers in the trunk lid hit when the lid is closed - i.e., used to adjust the lid and provide some further support.
