Whats hard right now is COVID and the inability to travel. So im basically stuck with Carmax or Carvana. No used ones available locally and I am not willing to travel to other states.

I did much the same. I had a query running on cargurus for months until just the right car finally popped up... at a dealership 1000 miles away. A little paperwork goes back and forth and a week later a little flatbed drops off the car. Couldn't be easier. I was told to expect about $1 per mile, and that's just about what it came out to be.
